I’ve had a lot of people ask me what I think about green coffee bean extract—one of the latest fad products promising fast, effortless weight loss.
Does it work, or will it join a long list of other expensive supplements that only lead to a loss—of money?
Well, research is ongoing, but the results so far have been somewhat promising. Specific forms of the product may lead to modest weight loss, and appear to be safe for short-term use, when used correctly.
However, in my opinion, more studies need to be done before I can give a green light to green coffee bean extract. And do you really believe any pill can outperform a regular dose of exercise and a healthy diet? Of course not!
