Good News: 5-Year-Old Cancer Survivor Scores Touchdown

 

The Browns had a special guest during their Family Night scrimmage on Saturday night. He ended up scoring their most memorable touchdown of the season.  Ryan, a 5-year-old who recently celebrated two years in remission after battling a cancerous tumor in his left lung, got in the huddle, then took a handoff from quarterback Brandon Weeden. With running back Trent Richardson helping out, Ryan ran through the defense for a touchdown with more than 24,000 fans at FirstEnergy Stadium cheering him on. The team celebrated with Encinas when he got past the goal line.  See the video here.
